Working with Me

I believe good work is possible—and necessary.

I’ve always been drawn to how people work together, what helps us thrive, and what gets in our way. Over the past decade, I’ve helped leaders and teams navigate change, build stronger systems, and lead in ways that feel more human and sustainable.

I started this business because I knew there had to be a better way—and I wanted to help build it alongside others.

How I Work

I don’t offer one-size-fits-all solutions. Instead, I help clients surface what’s already working, identify what’s getting in the way, and co-create practical paths forward.

My approach is:

  • Collaborative. I partner with you to surface the wisdom already in your team and guide you through change together.

  • Systemic. We don’t just treat symptoms. We identify patterns, power dynamics, and root causes.

  • Practical. Everything I offer is designed to work in real time, with real humans.

  • Relational. I build trust by showing up honestly and helping you do the same.

Whether I’m facilitating a strategy session, coaching a leader, or guiding a team through transformation, I aim to build capacity—not dependency.

I’ve led organizations, designed leadership programs, and supported teams of all sizes—often in roles that didn’t exist before I stepped into them.

By 25, I was leading a statewide organizational redesign. Since then, I’ve coached executive leaders, supported grassroots changemakers, and advised national networks. I'm a queer woman in the South, and I know what it’s like to navigate systems that weren’t built with you in mind. That experience deeply informs how I work today.

I hold a BA in Sociology, completed Penn’s Executive Program in Social Impact Strategy, and am a certified facilitator through the Kansas Leadership Center. I’m also BoardSource-certified in nonprofit governance.

These tools are helpful—but it’s my real-world experience that most shapes how I show up.
