Ashley Mudd (she/her) is a seasoned leader, facilitator, and coach with over a decade of experience designing equitable programs and organizations. She founded AM Consulting, a social impact consulting firm, to help leaders envision a brighter future and make it a reality.
Ashley specializes in facilitating, coaching, and designing transformative experiences that spark creative solutions for complex challenges. Her clients describe her as a catalyst for social change through her innovative strategies and collaborative approach.
With a B.A. in Sociology from the University of Louisiana and as a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania’s Executive Program in Social Impact Strategy, Ashley brings a unique blend of academic rigor and practical expertise to her work. She is also certified as a BoardSource Nonprofit Board Consultant and a Kansas Leadership Center Teach Leadership facilitator.
Ashley's work has gained national recognition, featured in publications such as Nasdaq Spiffy’s Blog and the annual Women in the Workplace report produced by Lean In. She is deeply committed to creating meaningful and sustainable systemic change and believes in the power of collective efforts to build thriving communities.
In her free time, Ashley loves to travel, tend to her (many) houseplants, experiment in the kitchen, and to hike & camp with her wife and two dogs, Zoey and Luna.
